There is a lot of stigma surrounding mental health, which can sometimes prevent people from accessing therapy when they need it. It is important to remember that everyone has mental health, but how good or bad it is will depend on how well we look after it, and like our physical health, it can fluctuate between good and bad. With our physical health, we may visit a medical professional or take medication for a short period of time to overcome a certain problem. It is perfectly normal to seek help for our mental health problems in the same way.
